Discipline and rigor
I've been coaching Muay Thai for years and it taught me what it means to show up even when you don't feel like it. That same rigor follows me everywhere: in my software engineering studies, in my side projects and in my work. I'm a curious and proactive person, I like to learn, dig deep and constantly look for ways to get better, both personally and professionally.
Autonomy and execution
Founding Snakatak taught me how to build a project from A to Z. Taking a fuzzy idea, turning it into a product that actually holds up, dealing with whatever comes up and moving forward even when the ground is unfamiliar. It gave me an entrepreneurial mindset built on innovation and persistence, plus the habit of taking initiative without waiting to be pushed. When I jump on a project, I focus on understanding the goal and shipping something concrete fast.
Communication and collaboration
For years now I've been working in process automation to simplify SMB operations and help teams through their tech transition, both at Mati and on my own mandates. It forced me to make complex stuff easy to grasp, ask the right questions and adapt to whoever is in front of me. Whether it's a client, a technical teammate or someone touching code for the first time, the goal is the same: that the person across from me understands, gets on board and walks away with a solution that actually serves them.
